… now that the memoir manuscript, Handmade Heart, is complete. Copies for my mentor and second reader have been delivered. (Mentors’ sign-off signatures will approve my graduation and degree.) Truth be told, I would rather write another critical essay than read aloud in front of an auditorium full of people — but that is the program’s final requirement. Tomorrow. I’ll worry about that tomorrow. Today? I am celebrating with a return to regular blogging. It’s great to be back!
P.S. Jenna’s really come out of her shell. Doesn’t she look great?

Congratulations! You should be VERY proud of yourself. It’s an incredible accomplishment. Let me know when your speaking engagement is and I”ll be there if I can. You’ll do great.
Jenna does look great. She’s sure has come out of her shell. Suppose she’s looking up, listening to you do your reading?
Congrats on Handmade Heart! Incredible accomplishment.
Congratulations, Lisa! What an amazing accomplishment.
After all of that work, speaking in front of a crowd should be a walk in the park. Besides, remember that “the crowd” includes a lot of friends, fans and supporters of your work, so practice a little and know that we will all be there to cheer you on! Can’t wait!
